Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline is strongly preferred.</li><li>Direct hands-on experience with High Voltage circuit breakers or within an electrical substation environment strongly preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered and may include maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, installation, repair, or commissioning of complex mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, aerospace, military, industrial, manufacturing, power generation, or transportation systems.</li><li>Mechanical and electrical aptitudes with demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues using hand tools, voltage multimeters, and specialized test equipment to ensure equipment reliability and system performance.</li><li>Strong technical communication and documentation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create reports, document findings, and communicate with customers and inter-nal teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a 100% remote field role, travel extensively by car and airplane, and per-form all work outdoors in substation environments while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.</li><li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.</li><li>Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
