<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>As a key member of the West Business Development &amp; M&amp;A team, the Senior Analyst will support commercial strategy and investment decisions across utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage assets. The role will combine development underwriting and PPA bidding with buy-side and sell-side M&amp;A execution, including valuation, financial modeling, diligence, and transaction materials. Evaluate project economics, returns, and key risks, working closely with Development, Engineering, Capital Markets, and other teams. Run sensitivities and identify ways to improve project value.</li><li>Evaluate acquisition and sale opportunities.
