Project Management<ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of conveyance infrastructure projects.</li><li>Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.</li><li>Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.</li></ul>Design &amp; Technical Oversight<ul><li>Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure technical requirements are met.</li><li>Review engineering designs, specifications, and construction methodologies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports.</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related concerns.</li></ul>Contract &amp; Commercial Management<ul><li>Administer contracts and oversee procurement activities.</li><li>Review contractor performance, claims, variations, and payment applications.</li><li>Monitor project costs and maintain budget control.</li></ul>Construction Management<ul><li>Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and coordinate project commissioning and handover.</li></ul>
