Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Service Center Manager based in Cincinnati. You’ll provide operations leadership to our Cincinnati, OH and the Charleston, WV service centers.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as a Service Center Manager: <ul><li>Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region </li><li>Coach and develop 20-25 technical employees </li><li>Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution </li><li>Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center </li><li>Accountable for local fleet </li><li>Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment </li><li>Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams </li><li>Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors </li><li>Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings </li></ul>You are:<ul><li>5-7 years of relevant operations leadership experience </li><li>3 years of direct management of technical employees  </li><li>Manage P&amp;L of 5 years of reporting and analysis  </li><li>Experience as location safety leader </li><li>Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience </li><li>Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background </li><li>Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs. </li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Competitive pay </li><li>Annual bonus program  </li><li>No cost premium medical plan option available </li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture working on brand new technology </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
