Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for a wide range of products within defined timelines.</li><li>Manage and monitor end-to-end B2B and B2C order fulfilment for the North Zone pertaining to the Ghaziabad DC.</li><li>Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery to meet customer requirements.</li><li>Monitor and drive improvements in OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order execution.</li><li>Raise indents in the Transportation Management System (TMS) for stock replenishment from the South DC.</li><li>Monitor dispatch activities and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and distributors.</li><li>Oversee warehouse operations at the Ghaziabad Depot, including inventory accuracy, stock management, and storage optimization.</li><li>Track order status, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve operational issues.</li><li>Prepare and share regular reports on order processing, dispatch status, inventory levels, and service performance metrics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>4-6 experience in Warehousing and Order Processing</li><li>Any Graduate, MBA is desirable</li><li>Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations</li><li>Good knowledge of MS excels and SAP system</li><li>Customer service orientation</li></ul>
