We are engineers, operators, and creatives solving some of the most complex, interdisciplinary challenges of our time.<h2>About the Role</h2>As a Marketing Intern, you'll join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, gaining practical experience in marketing, from campaigns to member acquisition.<h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style=""><li>Help execute go-to-market strategies to improve member acquisition.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with members, ensuring a positive member experience.</li><li>Analyze member interactions and campaign performance using HubSpot and other tools.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to hit campaign goals and improve the funnel.</li><li>Research target segments and help launch marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads.</li><li>Support outbound efforts alongside the sales team.</li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring</h2><ul style=""><li>Interest in members, marketing, and relationship building.</li><li>Understanding of technology marketing and software products.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to provide good member service and build rapport with clients.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Skills</h2><ul style=""><li>Familiarity with HubSpot (or other CRM systems) and Zapier.</li><li>Relevant experience.</li></ul><h2>About the Team</h2>The Growth team sets the pace for how fast Base can deliver affordable, reliable power to the people who need it.
