We are engineers, operators, and creatives solving some of the most complex, interdisciplinary challenges of our time.<h2>About the Role</h2>As a Content Intern, you'll join our creative team, gaining practical experience shooting, editing, and producing the video that tells the Base story.<h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style=""><li>Help shoot and edit content across product, homeowner, install, and social formats.</li><li>Support paid and organic creative for Meta, YouTube, and other channels.</li><li>Turn loose briefs into ideas, helping figure out what to shoot and how to tell the story.</li><li>Partner with the creative team on larger campaigns and productions.</li><li>Help keep footage, project files, and assets organized so the content library stays useful over time.</li><li>Use AI and new creative tools to help the team move faster or make better work.</li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring</h2><ul style=""><li>Interest in video, storytelling, and visual craft.</li><li>Some experience shooting and/or editing — a portfolio or reel is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to work from an ambiguous brief and make good creative decisions with limited oversight.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Skills</h2><ul style=""><li>Familiarity with Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.</li><li>Relevant experience.</li></ul><h2>About the Team</h2>The Creative team owns how Base looks, sounds, and feels.
