Grow here.As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver water sector projects from feasibility through to design, construction support and commissioning.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver projects in line with client and AECOM requirements</li><li>Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources and risks</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams</li><li>Support and develop team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing</li><li>Manage project commercial performance, including forecasting, costs and cash flow</li><li>Ensure effective contract administration and quality delivery</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where required</li><li>Support business development through proposals, client engagement and future opportunities</li><li>Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture</li></ul>About You<ul><li>Experience managing projects within consultancy, engineering or infrastructure environments</li><li>Water sector experience desirable</li><li>Knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly PSC</li><li>Experience working across multidisciplinary and multi-organisation teams</li><li>Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Able to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively</li><li>Proficient in project management and digital collaboration tools</li><li>Experience supporting bids, proposals or business development activities</li></ul>
