Backed by $5.5 billion in joint government funding, the project forms part of Queensland's infrastructure pipeline ahead of Brisbane 2032 and is now in design and preconstruction.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Opportunity:</b></p><p>Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will own contract administration across Stage 1 of The Wave. Lead subcontract procurement from scope development through to award, and administer the head contract to protect the project's position. Work with the Construction Manager to manage progress claims, variations and extension of time claims, and build proforma agreements to govern subcontracting for the project.
