Reporting to the Senior Director, Product, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of ChargePoint's fleet software platforms in North America and Europe — from maintaining and evolving our existing solutions such as ViriCiti to defining and building new platforms for emerging segments including truck and autonomous vehicle fleets. This is an individual contributor role in which you will operate as a hands-on product leader, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ship software that fleet operators love.</p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>12 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on software products — ideally in fleet management, telematics, mobility, energy management, or adjacent SaaS platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and evolve existing software platforms while simultaneously defining new products from the ground up.</li><li>Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or logistics companies preferred</li><li>Strong technical fluency — able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines without needing to write code.</li><li>Customer-obsessed and data-driven, with experience translating qualitative customer insight and quantitative data into prioritized product decisions.</li><li>Intellectually curious, analytical, creative, collaborative, and a strategic thinker who can work effectively as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization.</li><li>Strong communication skills — able to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into clear, structured narratives for diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Based in North America</li></ul><h3><strong>Location</strong></h3><p>North America - Remote</p><p>The base salary range for this role is $178,500 – $241,500 per year.
