We utilize automation, robotics, and advanced materials to produce advanced composite parts for a wide range of industries, including sporting goods, defense, wind energy, automotive, marine, and others.</p><h2>Who we are looking for</h2><p>We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Maintenance Technician to become part of our growing team in Commerce City, CO. The ideal candidate is an experienced and versatile maintenance technician who excels in a high-volume manufacturing environment and can contribute not only by troubleshooting and fixing a wide variety of machine issues, but also by developing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that minimize future downtime.</p><h2>What you will get to do</h2><ul><li>Perform all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs</li><li>Install and commission new production equipment</li><li>Participate in building a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions</li><li>Recommend and manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems</li><li>Utilize key maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs to identify and drive improvement efforts</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment that relies on PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, sensors, and industrial robots</li></ul><h2>What you bring to the team</h2><ul><li>Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience &amp; training</li><li>Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, or similarly diverse maintenance environments</li><li>Strong understanding of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li><li>Experience with TPM programs is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in PLC and industrial robot programing is a plus</li><li>Metal Fabrication skills, such as welding, manual milling &amp; turning, drilling, bandsaw, etc. are a plus</li></ul><h3>Shift Hours- 3:15pm to 1:45am</h3><h2><strong>Pay</strong></h2><p>The hourly rate for this position is $30- $46 with a $3/hr shift diffrential.  This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
