<div>        <h3>Description</h3>        <div>          <div>            <h1>Role and Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Support experimental aircraft ground and flight test programs<ul><li>Write test plans</li><li>Lead or support test execution</li><li>Collect and report test results </li></ul></li><li>Support safety risk management through hazard identification, mitigation strategies, and safety reviews</li><li>Support instrumentation development and installation</li><li>Support aircraft operations with </li><li>Aircraft logistics and maintenance supporting A&amp;Ps</li><li>Facility equipping and maintenance</li><li>Position based at Long Beach HQ facility with frequent travel to Camarillo Airport facility</li><li>Reports to Manager, Aircraft Operations</li></ul><h1><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent</li><li>5+ years of increasing responsibilities in experimental flight test engineering</li><li>Experience with ground support in flight test programs</li><li>Proficient with aircraft instrumentation and data analysis</li><li>Proficient with flight principles such as aerodynamics, stability, control, and systems performance  </li><li>Familiar with FAA regulations including Part 23</li></ul><h1><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></h1><ul><li>Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent </li><li>10+ years of increasing responsibilities in experimental flight test engineering</li><li>Experience with on-aircraft support in flight test programs</li><li>Interactions with FAA DARs</li><li>Participation in aircraft test projects that achieved FAA Part 23 certification</li><li>FAA Class III medical certificate</li><li>Graduation from a recognized military or civilian pilot training program</li></ul>          </div>        </div>      </div> <div>        Salary        <p>$120,000 - $185,000 per year</p>      </div> <div>        <div>            Apply for Staff/Senior Staff Engineer, Flight Test        </div>      </div>
