<h3>About the Job</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support the QC testing, and validation of battery cells and electrolyte components. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure product quality and performance. This role is critical for Anthro to deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects.</p><p></p><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Conduct routine tool PM and Calibration process.</li><li>Collect QC data for electrolyte and cell components </li><li>Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes while maintaining safety protocols. </li><li>Safely operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, and environmental chambers. </li><li>Collect and document test data, generating reports for engineering and R&amp;D teams. </li><li>Work closely with engineers and scientists to optimize quality performance and process quality. </li><li>Follow safety guidelines for handling lithium-ion and other battery chemistries. </li><li>Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.</li><li>Maintain inventory of chemicals and cell components </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Education: HS Diploma or GED </li><li>Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Relevant technical experience may be considered in place of direct battery experience. </li><li>Technical Skills: </li><ul><li>Hands-on experience measuring and handling chemicals in small, precise quantities </li><li>Experience using gloveboxes and pipettes</li><li>Familiarity with assembling fixtures and running tests on analytical equipment </li></ul><li>Soft Skills: </li><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation. </li></ul><li>Other Requirements: </li><ul><li>Ability to lift, squat, kneel, use step ladders, manipulate hand, and power tools. </li></ul></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience.
