We are searching for a Rail Civils design engineer to join us here at AECOM, based in our Glasgow office. As a region, we have an established record for successfully delivering Rail Projects. Each team member has a development plan to provide a clear pathway to personal development and career progression.  The team provides technical leadership of projects throughout the infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility, preliminary and detailed stage designs.  Our clients are many and varied from both the private and public sector and include the major custodians of the UK’s rail network, numerous local authorities, and major Contractors.  Here’s what you’ll do: <ul><li>Deliver: Undertake the delivery of a wide range of rail civils designs ranging from stations, train maintenance and servicing depots, ancillary civils supporting major power supply and signalling upgrades, lineside civils and drainage projects. We also provide support to other parts of AECOM’s business on major multi-disciplinary projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide Expertise: Work with the Civils design team on all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, from conceptual phases to implementation. </li><li>Ensure Quality: Working through the complexities of our Transportation projects, you will hold our clients’ hands and overcome problems in unison when they inevitably arise.  </li></ul>If you're passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
