Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Coordinate the monthly hard close process and prepare monthly IFRS financial statements.</li><li>Manage trial balance and adjustment schedules, account reconciliations, and flux analysis.</li><li>Prepare and submit Group reporting through consolidation tools and platforms in line with deadlines.</li><li>Prepare PoC statements and support cost controlling activities in collaboration with Project Teams.</li><li>Prepare margin analysis, cost center analysis, and profit center split reports in close collaboration with Sales and Project Teams.</li><li>Manage IFRS 16 data preparation and submission through Tagetik.</li><li>Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, and submit them through SAC.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>5–6 years of experience in Audit or Financial Controlling, preferably within an international company. Big 4 experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.</li><li>CPA / SMMM qualification is a plus.</li><li>Good knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics, SAC, and BW.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
