Responsibility Level:This position is responsible for supporting OE/OES Customer Change Order (CCO) preparation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoice issuance and payment collection, maintaining relevant records, and assisting with tax-related activities. The role also supports continuous improvement of invoicing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Typical Duties:<ul><li>Responsible for the financial reporting of the assigned OE/OES sales channels for current business and targeted new business</li><li>Responsible for supporting developing competitive pricing strategies</li><li>Prepare and process Customer Change Orders (CCOs) for assigned OE/OES customers, ensuring data accuracy and identifying potential financial risks. </li><li>Issue customer invoices accurately and on time, including distribution of original invoice copies when required.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Shared Service Center (SSC), and customers to ensure invoicing requirements are met and billing issues are resolved promptly.</li><li>Support Sales teams by facilitating timely invoice issuance and payment collection.</li><li>Partner with SSC and IT teams to investigate and resolve invoice-related issues, escalating urgent or complex matters when necessary.</li><li>Manage invoice purchasing activities and maintain sufficient invoice inventory.</li><li>Assist SSC with bank acceptance notes, foreign exchange payments, and related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate the annual renewal and maintenance of the GT system.</li><li>Provide support for internal and external audit activities.</li><li>Liaise with tax authorities on tax-related matters and support compliance requirements.</li><li>Prepare tax-related reports and monthly tax forecasts for submission to the tax bureau.</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of invoicing operations.</li><li>Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations; VAT invoice management experience is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.</li><li>Basic English proficiency, including reading and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service orientation.</li></ul>Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
