The team’s work directly supports launch stability, production continuity, and scalable logistics processes across Lucid’s manufacturing operations. About the Role The Senior Program Manager, Launch Material Planning is a senior-level role based at Lucid’s Phoenix, Arizona location and reports to the Material Planning Launch Manager. This role exists to strengthen how Lucid coordinates new part introductions, engineering changes, launch timelines, and handoffs between launch teams, production teams, vehicle program management, suppliers, and series material planning. In the first 12 months, this person will own launch material planning execution, SAP/BOM change readiness, escalation management, and process improvements that support timely and accurate implementation of new parts and engineering changes. Success will be measured by clear launch handoffs, accurate system updates, reduced implementation delays, improved KPI performance, and stronger cross-functional alignment.
