Purpose of the Role: As the Seal System Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of performant and reliable sealing systems used in Svante’s commercial-scale carbon-capture machines. You will provide technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to the Seal Team while coordinating seal system development across design, verification, testing, and deployment activities. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and subject matter experts to develop seal architectures, establish priorities, remove technical and operational roadblocks, and ensure seal engineering packages are complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, testing, simulation, quality, and project management to support successful design development and customer deployment. This is an on-site leadership role with occasional travel to customer sites and supplier facilities to support development activities, corrective actions, and field-service investigations.
