<p>**Responsibilities:**</p><ul><li>Under general supervision, performs routine testing and commissioning duties for water infrastructure systems and facilities.</li><li>Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet water system specifications and construction requirements.</li><li>Applies sound professional judgment to technical details of water treatment, distribution, and related hydraulic system work.</li><li>Independently conducts walk-downs and inspections of installed water infrastructure commodities, equipment, and systems to assure conformance with design specifications and regulatory standards.</li><li>Performs quantity surveys and material tracking for water system components and reports findings to project management.</li><li>Provides technical direction and guidance to junior technicians, drafters, and field personnel on water infrastructure testing protocols and commissioning procedures.</li><li>Collaborates with project teams to verify system performance, water quality parameters, and operational readiness prior to facility handover.</li></ul>
