Develop and oversee general operating practices that promote the safe, reliable operation of the electric and/or gas systems, while providing high quality customer service to electric &amp; gas customers.</li><li>Direct, plan, schedule, review and appraise the work of subordinates; schedule shifts; and interview employees.
