Across all ISOs and RTOs in the United States, the Director will be responsible for developing and implementing interconnection and transmission strategies for energy projects; staying attuned to federal, state, ISO/RTO, and transmission owner rules for renewable generator interconnections; filing and negotiating new interconnection agreements; administering existing interconnection contracts including financial and operational terms and conditions; supporting the Senior Director in executive support activities, including financing, common facilities agreements, and FERC filings; and leading a team of Interconnection Analysts. Will work closely with all relevant departments at Avangrid Power by supporting development of power generation projects across the national ISO/RTO footprint.
