Develop and deliver robust project plans that support district and licence objectives while minimising customer interruptions and disruption to the network. Undertake project and contract management activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. To drive continual performance improvement through analysis of outputs and feedback from internal and external sources. Integrate asset stewardship and ownership values through sound engineering principles and coordinated planning and delivery activities to improve integrity, safety and longevity of the electrical network. Promote an exemplary safety culture and ensure that all safety legislation, policies, and procedures are implemented and adhered to across all activities. Depending on business requirements, you may support the delivery of: <ul><li>Maintenance and reliability programmes</li></ul><ul><li>Customer connections activities</li></ul><ul><li>Capital investment projects</li></ul><ul><li>Network security and system performance initiatives</li></ul> Ensure the accurate and timely recording of operational, project, asset and customer information within corporate systems to support business, regulatory and customer service requirements. What you’ll bring Project/programme management experience, with a strong performance ethos and a track record of driving and delivering projects and initiatives. Knowledge of the regulatory environment including relevant output and incentive mechanisms. General contract, commercial and regulatory awareness with the ability to balance effective and efficient customer service and project delivery, ensuring maximum return on investment. Effective stakeholder and customer service engagement and management. Ability to communicate and present information effectively at all levels. Ability to manage competing priorities using sound engineering and financial judgement to determine optimal solutions.
