This role owns the worldwide relationship, drives long-term growth, and coordinates a unified "One Hitachi" strategy across regions and business units.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a multi-year global account strategy.</li><li>Build relationships with senior technology and business executives.</li><li>Lead global account teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.</li><li>Identify and drive new opportunities in data infrastructure, storage, cloud, analytics, and cyber resilience.</li><li>Align sales, presales, services, support, and partner teams around strategic initiatives.</li><li>Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account governance.</li><li>Position Hitachi Vantara as a trusted advisor supporting modernization and digital transformation goals.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>15+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development experience.</li><li>Proven success managing large, US based, global financial services accounts.</li><li>Existing relationships with senior technology leaders and industry networks</li><li>Expertise in:<ul><li>Enterprise Storage</li><li>Data Center Infrastructure</li><li>Data Analytics</li><li>Hybrid Cloud</li><li>Cyber Resilience</li><li>Enterprise IT Services</li></ul></li><li>Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.</li><li>Experience leading complex, matrixed teams.</li><li>Exceptional executive communication and relationship management capabilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing globally significant banking relationships.</li><li>Strong relationships with CIO, CTO, Infrastructure, Data, or Cloud executives</li><li>Experience working with highly regulated enterprise environments.</li></ul>Success Measures<ul><li>Revenue growth and share-of-wallet expansion</li><li>Executive relationship development</li><li>Strategic pipeline creation and conversion</li><li>Global account plan execution</li><li>Customer retention and satisfaction</li></ul>Ideal CandidateA senior enterprise sales executive who understands the dynamics of a top 4 US-Based banking institution, has established relationships across technology leadership, and can drive strategic growth through executive engagement and solution-based selling.#LI-TO1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
