Right now, we’re laying the foundation for our next wave of growth.  We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.<h1>Job description</h1>About the RoleHitachi Vantara is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive Secretary to provide support to the Regional Vice President (RVP) for the Southern Region and the Italy Country Manager.This role will act as a key coordination point across leadership, sales and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting business priorities, customer activities, tenders and leadership initiatives.The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion, and interacting confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage complex and frequently changing calendars</li><li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership meetings and business reviews.</li><li>Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation and detailed itineraries.</li><li>Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide support to the Italian sales organisation</li><li>Support the preparation, coordination and submission of tenders/RFPs, working with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations and other relevant teams.</li><li>Support the creation and processing of POs</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and coordinate leadership events, sales meetings, team meetings and company-wide initiatives.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary role, preferably within a multinational organisation.</li><li>Experience supporting senior executives and/or sales leadership.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Experience coordinating events, meetings and travel.</li><li>Experience supporting tenders, RFPs, purchase orders or sales administration is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li><li>Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.</li><li>Fluent English and Italian communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
