Ltd. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, improving productivity, and ensuring the reliability of our systems. Job Responsibilities** * Design, program, test, and commission Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. * Develop and implement industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA) for seamless data exchange between systems. * Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on automation hardware and software issues to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software engineering) to integrate automation solutions into existing or new industrial processes. * Conduct site surveys, gather requirements, and prepare technical specifications and documentation for automation projects. * Participate in the evaluation and selection of new automation technologies and equipment. * Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Continuously monitor and optimize automation systems for performance improvements and cost reduction. Job Qualifications** 5+ years PLC development experience, analyze and modify ladder logic Omron PLC, CX-Programmer experience Strong understanding of process control and control systems.  Familiar with industrial communication protocols Experience with analog signal acquisition and industrial monitoring applications Hands-on experience in PLC programming, testing, and commissioning.
