Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Prepare and submit tax returns, statutory declarations, and other mandatory tax filings in line with legal requirements</li><li>Manage indirect and direct taxes — including VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Tax, SCT, Corporate Tax, GEKAP, and other statutory obligations</li><li>Keep tax, accounting, inventory, and fixed asset records accurate and fully compliant with statutory rules</li><li>Coordinate inventory counts, fixed asset controls, and tax-related reconciliations</li><li>Handle SCT, export, customs, and other regulatory reporting, including EPDK-related requirements</li><li>Support financial closing, reporting, and ERP-related tax and accounting processes</li><li>Act as a point of contact with tax authorities, regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders</li><li>Stay on top of changes in tax and legal regulations, and help the team implement them on time</li><li>Maintain statutory books, legal documentation, certifications, and corporate records</li><li>Manage the filing, retention, and archiving of official company documents in line with company policy</li><li>Prepare and keep process-flow documentation up to date for your area of responsibility</li><li>Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and analysis</li><li>Contribute ideas for process improvements and quality initiatives</li><li>Follow Occupational Health &amp; Safety requirements, company policies, and corporate compliance standards</li></ul> <h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, Econometrics, or other quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics and Statistics. </li><li>Has conceptual knowledge of theories, SMM certification (preferred). </li><li>Proficiency in using ERP systems; SAP is preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in data management and financial analysis, with knowledge of tax regulations.</li><li>MS Office applications (Word and Excel).</li><li>Proficiency in English is required.</li><li>Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of tax legislation and regulations, including the ability to monitor and adapt to industry-specific practices and regulatory changes.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
