Equipment Sizing<ul><li>Perform process engineering calculations and equipment sizing, including: Flow rate calculations Pump selection Valve sizing Tank sizing Heat load calculations Utility consumption assessments Pressure drop calculations CIP/SIP capacity requirements</li></ul> Technical Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and review technical documentation, including: Equipment specifications Technical datasheets Scope of Work (SOW) documents Equipment lists Instrument lists Bills of Materials (BOM)</li></ul> Compliance, Quality &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all process designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, including: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) HACCP EHEDG 3-A Sanitary Standards Applicable local regulatory requirements</li><li>Conduct: Hazard identification studies Process risk assessments HAZOP reviews (where applicable)</li><li>Ensure safety requirements are incorporated into designs and implemented according to company and customer standards.</li></ul> Commissioning, Validation &amp;
