This role will combine strong program management, sourcing expertise, and advanced analytical capabilities to identify opportunities, improve supplier and sourcing performance, and deliver measurable business value.You Will:<ul><li>Lead strategic sourcing programs and cross-functional initiatives across key commodities, categories, and supplier portfolios.</li><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies using spend, cost, supplier, market, and operational data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.</li><li>Build and track KPIs and dashboards related to sourcing performance, cost, savings, supplier performance, risk, capacity, and program execution.</li><li>Perform spend analysis, cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, and scenario modeling to support sourcing and negotiation strategies.</li><li>Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into sourcing strategies and actionable plans.</li><li>Drive supplier selection and sourcing processes, including RFQs/RFPs, bid analysis, supplier evaluations, business cases, and sourcing recommendations.</li><li>Establish analytical frameworks and standardized reporting to improve visibility, sourcing governance, and speed of decision-making.</li><li>Identify cost optimization, supplier consolidation, localization, risk mitigation, and supply continuity opportunities across the supply base.</li><li>Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations that clearly communicate sourcing performance, risks, opportunities, and required actions.</li><li>Lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, ensuring milestones, business objectives, and financial targets are achieved.</li><li>Proactively identify sourcing and supplier risks, lead escalations when necessary, and develop mitigation and recovery plans with key stakeholders.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and automation of sourcing processes, analytics, reporting, and workflows.</li><li>Support development of best practices, tools, and operating mechanisms that increase the maturity and effectiveness of the strategic sourcing organization.</li></ul>You Bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Generally, requires 5+ years of related experience for Senior and 8+ for Staff role level.</li><li>Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, program management, analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in spend analysis, cost modeling, supplier performance analytics, KPI development, and business case creation.</li><li>Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate cost drivers, trade-offs, sourcing scenarios, and supplier proposals.</li><li>Proven program management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions across functional and organizational boundaries.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level recommendations.</li><li>Open-minded, resourceful self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems such as SAP and analytics/visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Experience with sourcing, procurement, or supplier-management tools and workflow automation platforms is preferred.</li><li>Ability to anticipate challenges, structure ambiguous problems, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience supporting sourcing in automotive, manufacturing, hardware, or other complex global supply chain environments.</li><li>Experience with category strategy, supplier negotiations, cost reduction, should-cost analysis, or supplier capacity/risk management.</li><li>Experience developing executive dashboards and automated sourcing analytics.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, contracting, and sourcing governance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to influence senior-level sourcing and business decisions.</li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
