AECOM is actively seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager for our Boston, MA office.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Direct and manage the entire project lifecycle, providing guidance to subordinate managers, enforcing company and project policies, and serving as the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.</li><li>Ensure all project facets are constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget parameters, and established schedules.</li><li>Maintain overall responsibility and management of projects from budgeting and scheduling phases through procurement and contract closeout.</li><li>Exercise primary fiscal responsibility for assigned projects and serve as the key liaison with clients regarding financial and contractual matters.</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline development, and risk identification and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Monitor project performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs), quality standards, and contractual obligations, implementing corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Manage change orders, scope modifications, and contract variations while maintaining project budget integrity and schedule adherence.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of deliverables.</li><li>Prepare and present regular status reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts to senior management and clients.</li></ul>
