The successful candidate will thrive in an environment that requires flexibility and adaptation to changing priorities, shifting demands, and evolving timelines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with preparation of monthly project reports, executive updates, meeting materials, and other concise summaries for internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties to support timely completion.</li><li>Review contractor submittals, invoices, schedules, progress reports, change order requests, and supporting documentation for completeness and alignment with project requirements.</li><li>Support budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, invoice review, accruals, commitments, forecast updates, and budget-to-actual variance analysis in coordination with Project Managers and Accounting.</li><li>Maintain change order, claim, contingency, and commercial issue logs and organize supporting records for Project Manager review.</li><li>Assist with review and analysis of EPC and major equipment schedules, including milestone tracking, critical activities, look-ahead planning, and recovery actions.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to track design deliverables, long-lead equipment, manufacturing milestones, logistics, and site delivery dates.</li><li>Support permitting, utility, interconnection, land, environmental, and other compliance workstreams by tracking requirements, submittals, approvals, and outstanding actions.</li><li>Help maintain organized and complete project records in accordance with document control requirements, including contracts, correspondence, drawings, reports, and closeout documentation.</li><li>Support site teams with progress verification, issue tracking, photo documentation, punch lists, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.</li><li>Assist with project risk identification and mitigation, and lessons learned tracking.</li><li>Perform data analysis and quality checks to identify inconsistencies, trends, risks, and opportunities that require Project Manager attention.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve routine project issues and escalate material concerns promptly.</li><li>Help prepare project funding, lender, tax equity, insurance, and stakeholder support packages by compiling accurate project status and backup documentation.</li><li>Perform other project management and construction support activities consistent with the needs of the PM&amp;C team.</li><li>Support project financial closeout, including final invoices, retainage release, contract reconciliation, capitalization support, and transition to Operations and Asset Management.</li><li>Support Arevon’s safety-first culture by tracking contractor safety deliverables, observations, corrective actions, incident follow-up, and required reporting, and promptly escalating unsafe conditions or gaps in contractor compliance.</li><li>Maintain trackers for key contractual obligations, notices, deliverables, payment milestones, warranties, insurance requirements, and required approvals, and elevate potential noncompliance or missed deadlines for Project Manager review.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>4-year degree from an accredited university in engineering, construction management, business, finance, supply chain, data analytics, or a related discipline.</li><li>Up to two years of relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering, project controls, renewable energy, or a related field. Relevant internships or co-op experience may be considered.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize detailed information, maintain accurate records, and follow assignments through completion.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail and data quality.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently with appropriate direction.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 25-50% to project sites and other company locations as business needs require.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience or internship exposure in utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, power generation, infrastructure, or commercial construction is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, document management, cost tracking, contract administration, or construction field operations is preferred.</li><li>Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Aconex, SiteTracker, Power BI, Bluebeam, ArcGIS, or similar platforms is preferred.</li><li>Interest in renewable energy, project delivery, process improvement, and the use of data and technology to improve execution is preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Arevon?
