In this role, you will lead the operations engineering and technician teams responsible for the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our cathode assembly production lines; spanning lamination, welding, gluing, and inspection processes. You'll bring strong technical judgment and a data-driven approach to guide your team in diagnosing operational issues, prioritizing improvement projects and implementing robust, high-impact solutions on the floor. You will own staffing, coaching, and performance management for your organization, while partnering with cross-functional engineering leaders to translate operational insights into meaningful, lasting manufacturing improvements.
