Its primary role will be to act as a liaison between the companies, internal departments, suppliers, the trustee, and the accounting outsourcing provider, ensuring that information is complete, properly supported, and available in a timely mannerThis is a role for someone who wants to combine analytical thinking and attention to detail with purpose, learn in a fast-moving international business, and build experience in one of the world’s most relevant industries. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will:<ul> <li>Manage and maintain physical and digital accounting documentation and filing systems.</li> <li>Collect, validate, and organize supporting documents from suppliers, banks, the trustee, and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure invoices, statements, and supporting documentation meet requirements before submission to the accounting outsourcing provider.</li> <li>Prepare and coordinate information packages for monthly closings, audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance processes.</li> <li>Monitor pending documentation, information requests, and observations from BDO, auditors, financial institutions, and other third parties.</li> <li>Support treasury activities by tracking invoices, approvals, payment due dates, and disbursement requirements.</li> <li>Consolidate and update financial information, including cash flow models, budgets, forecasts, and financial databases.</li> <li>Coordinate the collection and delivery of corporate, financial, tax, and compliance documentation required by internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes. What you’ll gain <ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Develop practical knowledge of accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting processes through direct collaboration with external accounting providers and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Gain exposure to cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities, building a strong foundation for a career in finance and accounting.</li></ul> What you’ll bringExperience and qualifications (max 6 short bullets)<ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Public Accounting).</li> <li>1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial statements.</li> <li>Strong document management, record-keeping, and organizational skills.</li> <li>General understanding of IFRS and accounting principles (preferred). </li></ul>What it’s like to work at ScatecAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
