<ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>12-15 years of experience in HVAC design engineering within a consulting environment.</li><li>Minimum 6-7 years of experience working in a Global Design Center (GDC) delivering international projects.</li><li>Proven experience in Data Center and/or Healthcare facility design is highly preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Carrier HAP for cooling and heating load calculations (mandatory).</li><li>Working knowledge of IES-VE for energy modeling and building performance analysis</li><li>Strong expertise in: Chilled water plants and distribution systems Airside HVAC systems Critical cooling systems (CRAH/CRAC) Ventilation, pressurization, and smoke management systems Energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions</li><li>Thorough understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IMC, and other international design codes and standards.</li><li>Knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.</li><li>Experience in HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, design reports, technical specifications, and construction documentation.</li><li>Ability to independently lead HVAC design packages and provide technical oversight on complex projects.</li><li>Experience managing design quality, technical reviews, client interactions, and project delivery.</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for developing engineering teams.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering projects from Concept Design through Detailed Design and Construction Support.</li></ul> Preferred Project Experience <ul><li>Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centers</li><li>Hospitals and Healthcare Campuses</li><li>Mission-Critical Facilities</li><li>Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Facilities</li><li>Commercial and Mixed-Use Developments</li></ul>Additional Advantage<ul><li>Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, IntPE, or equivalent professional registration/chartership is highly desirable.</li><li>Exposure to sustainability frameworks such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, or Green Mark.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Technical leadership and decision-making.</li><li>Client and stakeholder management.</li><li>Strong project delivery and quality management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.</li><li>Ability to drive engineering excellence within a GDC environment.</li></ul>
