This role serves as the primary liaison between the project team and business stakeholders, ensuring impacted employees are prepared for new processes, systems, roles, and ways of working. The position develops and executes change management strategies, communications, training, and adoption plans while coordinating business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate that the solution meets business requirements. The role partners closely with business leaders, process owners, project teams, and implementation partners to drive successful adoption and realization of transformation objectives.
