And that’s where you come in. <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Leadership &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.</li><li>Ensure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.</li></ul></li><li>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Oversee all Operations, Service &amp; Maintenance (OS&amp;M) activities, including planning and execution.</li><li>Implement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.</li><li>Guarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.</li></ul></li><li>Customer Focus<ul><li>Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.</li></ul></li><li>Process &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects.</li><li>Prepare and present periodic reports on site performance, delivery, and maintenance activities.</li></ul></li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all site activities comply with regulatory and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Materials Management, Engineering) to maintain compliance and operational integrity.</li></ul></li><li>Strategic Contribution<ul><li>Support the definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives.</li><li>Coordinate implementation of retrofits and modifications during warranty periods.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.</li></ul> <h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).</li></ul><h3>Languages</h3><ul><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.  </li></ul> “Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.”Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 € Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
