Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>End to End Planning and managing of product development projects.</li><li>Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects in order to achieve the project objectives concerning profitability, costs, quality and timing</li><li>Ensuring of simultaneous engineering as well as effective opportunity and risk management</li><li>Coordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers and production facilities</li><li>Functional leadership of the project team</li><li>Planning and assigning work packages to the team while monitoring and controlling the progress</li><li>Overall responsibility and management of released project budget</li><li>Successful management of all project stakeholders interests</li><li>Project reporting and presentation to management committees</li><li>Create and maintain transparency within the project</li><li>Coordination and management of project changes considering the effects on the project objectives</li><li>Successfully ensure requirements management</li></ul><ul><li>PM has the right and duty of escalation in case of abnormal situation.</li><li>PM must ensure all relevant information from the project discussed in the Core Team: including changes, risk detection and evaluation, is forwarded to the Extended Team members and vice versa.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>5 - 8 Yrs of experience in Project Management</li><li>MBA as educational qualification.</li><li>PMP Certified</li><li>Advanced Excel Knowledge along with hands on Experience</li><li>Advanced Knowledge and Hand on Experience of Power BI</li><li>Knowledge of SharePoint</li><li>Communication Skills</li><li>Good hold on managing conflicts in the interest of moving projects</li><li>Advanced Presentation Skills, Knowledge of tailoring communication based on stakeholders.</li></ul>
