This role combines technical sales execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to expand service coverage, identify new opportunities, and manage long-term customer relationships across multiple industries.Responsibilities / TasksSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer expectations.</li><li>Develop and align long-term business strategies, targets, and service sales plans.</li><li>Identify, pre-qualify, and develop sales leads and opportunities with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Review RFQs, clarify technical and commercial requirements, and prepare competitive proposals.</li><li>Submit service proposals and actively manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.</li><li>Collate and maintain up-to-date information on market pricing and customer needs.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Continuously update CRM systems and sales forecasts.</li></ul> Customer &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with Business Units during contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions.</li><li>Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective fulfillment of Service Level Agreements..</li><li>Coordinate with factory managers to develop technically sound and commercially attractive customer solutions.</li><li>Partner with internal administration teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal delivery.</li><li>Actively participate in industry networking, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.</li></ul> Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, internal teams, and management.</li><li>Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs, market developments, and competitive landscape.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>3+ years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally within machinery and automation.</li><li>Proven experience in separators, decanters, and homogenizers for industries such as:<ul><li>Dairy &amp; Food</li><li>Chemical &amp; Pharmaceutical</li><li>Beverage</li><li>Marine &amp; Energy</li></ul></li><li>Experience selling equipment and integrated process lines.</li><li>Strong background in sales execution and opportunity management, with a demonstrated track record of revenue and profit growth.</li><li>Highly commercial mindset with strong customer platform management capability.</li><li>Experience in preparing tender documentation and participating in tender processes.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work across levels, functions, cultures, and geographies.</li><li>Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with a strong can-do attitude.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Self-motivated and accountable.</li><li>Fluent in English.
