Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this role will assist with the preparation and execution of Oklo’s SEC reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures. Other responsibilities include preparing supporting schedules and tie-outs, assisting with technical accounting research, supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, executing internal controls, and coordinating with internal and external audit teams. The ability to produce accurate, well-supported work while managing key close and SEC reporting deadlines will be a critical success factor.
