Contract Administration<ul><li>Lead the administration and management of all project contracts in accordance with contractual obligations and company procedures.</li><li>Interpret contract terms and conditions and provide contractual guidance to project teams.</li><li>Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.</li><li>Maintain contract records, correspondence, notices, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper execution and close-out of contracts.</li></ul>Claims &amp; Change Management<ul><li>Manage the preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims, disputes, and variations.</li><li>Assess contractual entitlement related to extensions of time (EOT), disruption, acceleration, and additional costs.</li><li>Lead the review and analysis of contractor and subcontractor claims.</li><li>Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with legal teams when contractual disputes arise.</li></ul>Commercial Management<ul><li>Advise project leadership on commercial and contractual risks.</li><li>Review commercial implications of project changes and deviations.</li><li>Monitor contractual liabilities, obligations, and opportunities.</li><li>Support cost control and project controls teams in assessing financial impacts of contractual matters.</li><li>Ensure commercial protection of the company's interests throughout project execution.</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Subcontract Management<ul><li>Support tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes.</li><li>Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tender documents, and commercial agreements.</li><li>Manage subcontractor contractual performance and compliance.</li><li>Develop and implement contract administration procedures for suppliers and subcontractors.</li></ul>Risk Management<ul><li>Identify contractual and commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.</li><li>Participate in project risk reviews and governance meetings.</li><li>Maintain a contractual risk register and track mitigation actions.</li><li>Advise project management on potential contractual exposure.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as the primary contractual interface between the client, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Lead commercial and contractual meetings with project participants.</li><li>Support senior management in negotiations and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Prepare contractual and commercial reports for executive management.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Governance<ul><li>Lead and mentor Contracts Engineers, Commercial Officers, and Contract Administrators.</li><li>Ensure alignment with project governance and contract management best practices.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement in contract administration processes.</li><li>Support lessons learned and contract closeout activities.</li></ul>
