Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>SAP PP: Manage SAP PP from initial requirements gathering through solution design and configuration to implementation and ongoing support.</li><li>Process improvement: Work with business teams, process owners and key users to improve production and planning processes and implement new workflows in SAP.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with colleagues responsible for other SAP modules to develop integrated solutions across business functions.</li><li>International rollouts: Support SAP rollouts at additional sites by analysing plant requirements, assessing their fit with the existing SAP standard and supporting implementation through to go-live.</li><li>Support: Investigate and resolve issues as part of second- and third-level support, helping users work reliably with the system.</li><li>Training: Train key users and end users, helping them adopt new processes and system features in their day-to-day work.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Qualifications: You hold a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a related field, or have completed comparable vocational training. Relevant practical experience is equally welcome.</li><li>SAP PP experience: You bring several years of SAP PP experience and have independently configured the system, either in an inhouse role or in external consulting.</li><li>Project experience: You have actively contributed to SAP implementations or rollouts, translating business requirements into practical system solutions.</li><li>Process knowledge: You understand production and planning processes and enjoy learning about different manufacturing methods.</li><li>Working style: You work independently, investigate problems systematically and develop practical solutions.
