<div><p>As Manager, Technical Program Management, you will lead the team responsible for coordinating prototype sensor and compute hardware programs and supporting their transition to high-volume serial manufacturing. You will partner with leaders across hardware, software, vehicle engineering, product, manufacturing, and finance to turn strategic priorities into executable plans. Your team will maintain schedules, define milestones, track resources and budgets, identify risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.</p></div><br><br><h3>In this job, you will</h3><ul><div><li><p>Partner with department leaders to translate company priorities and milestones into product roadmaps, program schedules, and defined deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Oversee technical programs for high-volume serial manufacturing, including production readiness, capacity planning, ramp milestones, and the resolution of issues that affect output.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the transition from prototype builds to serial production with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and contract manufacturing partners.</p></li><li><p>Work with functional leaders and finance to plan and track headcount, budgets, and other program resources. Establish clear ownership, dependencies, and delivery expectations across participating teams.</p></li><li><p>Define and maintain program management processes, operating rhythms, and decision forums.</p></li><li><p>Identify risks early, make their impact visible, and coordinate mitigation plans with engineering and manufacturing teams.</p></li><li><p>Prepare decision points for leadership meetings, including the information and recommendations needed to resolve blockers.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><div><li><p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.</p></li><li><p>12+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or management consulting.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers.</p></li><li><p>Experience with hardware development, manufacturing processes, and production ramp.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with contract manufacturers.</p></li></div></div></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Demonstrated success leading complex programs involving multiple functions.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting high-volume serial manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders and engineers across disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Experience handling confidential business and technical information with discretion.</p></li></ul><br>
