You bring:<ul><li>Extensive relevant experience in HSE, Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence within engineering, manufacturing, marine or industrial environment</li><li>Strong understanding of HSE legislation, ISO-based management systems, audit methodology, root cause analysis, corrective action management, and compliance governance</li><li>A proactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement.</li><li>The confidence to challenge constructively and promote high standards.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both operational teams and senior management</li><li>Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
