<h2>Subsidiary</h2>OmniSource<h2>Overview</h2><p>The Marketing Specialist will be developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs such as promotional strategies, digital campaigns, and social media across all divisions. </p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Develop, implement and maintain a corporate social media strategy.  <ul>   <li>Analyze trends with social media. </li>   <li>Creation of content calendar and guidelines. </li>  </ul></li> <li>Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Develop, create and maintain marketing and recruiting materials and ensure brand guidelines are met</li> <li>Conduct market research and develop strategies based on industry trends and demographics.</li> <li>Write, proofread, and edit creative materials</li> <li>Maintain marketing budget.</li> <li>Photography as requested within the divisions.</li> <li>Video / filming and editing of video within the divisions as requested.</li> <li>Assist in marketing recruiting efforts and events. </li> <li>Maintain Omni website and update as needed.</li> <li>Develop company podcasts. </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field</li> <li>2-5 years’ experience in marketing </li> <li>Proficient in creating and editing video and photography content utilizing appropriate software </li> <li>Working knowledge of social media platforms </li> <li>Proficiency in creation of social media posts </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to use sound judgment</li> <li>Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision to bring projects to completion</li> <li> </li></ul><p> </p><p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>

<p>OmniSource, LLC is a multifaceted metals-recycling company&mdash;one of North America&rsquo;s largest processors and distributors of scrap and secondary metals. We collect, process, and resell a wide variety of scrap metal. Through recent expansions and acquisitions, we can now process 7 million tons of ferrous scrap per year and more than 1 billion pounds of nonferrous metals. We currently operate more than 70 collection and processing facilities, including 11 high-capacity shredders as well as other metals processing facilities, and employ about 2,500 people. Our primary collection and processing facilities are in the Midwest, the Southeast, and the mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Moreover, utilizing a wide-ranging fleet of trucks and containers, railcars, and barges to collect and haul metals, our reach stretches across North America. Our national brokerage and trading operations serve both metals buyers and sellers, providing the market intelligence and insights needed to optimize transaction value. Supplementing our company-operated scrap collection sites, we also acquire metals from industrial scrap generators with which we have established strategic partnerships. We have designed and installed customized metals-recycling programs, some of which we manage and operate, for manufacturing companies nationwide.
