Analytical)</h3> <ul><li>Own campaign goals, KPIs, and budget management - setting clear success metrics and tracking spend and performance against agreed targets throughout the campaign lifecycle.</li><li>Lead campaign planning and orchestration across integrated channels including email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, and nurture flows - ensuring all workstreams are coordinated and delivered on time.</li><li>Drive channel planning and optimisation, partnering with digital marketing and media teams to manage paid acquisition, improve targeting into ICP audiences, and continuously refine tactics through A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven iteration.</li><li>Own journey management, overseeing campaign setup and deployment activities including emails, landing pages, nurture programmes, audience lists, and campaign assets to ensure a seamless buyer experience.</li><li>Manage stakeholder interlock and communication - coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating regular campaign reviews, and ensuring alignment with sales, marketing operations, and leadership throughout campaign delivery.</li><li>Provide consistent status reporting, monitoring campaign execution and performance in real time, surfacing risks, dependencies, and optimisation opportunities, and delivering regular performance updates to key stakeholders.</li></ul> <h3>Sales Interlock</h3> <ul><li>Work closely with sales and lead management teams to ensure effective lead routing, follow-up, and campaign readiness.</li><li>Support leads and pipeline reporting, tracking and analysing campaign performance against KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution - using insights to inform post-campaign reviews and future planning.</li><li>Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain campaign governance, lead management processes, and data quality standards.</li></ul> <h3>Third-Party Partnership Management</h3> <ul><li>Coordinate the execution of third-party marketing activities, including webinars, sponsored content, content syndication, and event partnerships.</li><li>Manage delivery logistics, follow-up processes, and lead handoff in collaboration with event operations and sales teams to maximise ROI from third-party channels.</li></ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul><li>Experience executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.</li><li>Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing campaign delivery from briefing through to execution.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, lead generation programmes, or customer marketing initiatives.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to execution excellence.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, matrixed teams.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul><li>Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns within Natural Resources, Energy, Commodities, Financial Services, SaaS, Technology, or related sectors.</li><li>Basic understanding of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics, with a willingness to develop this knowledge further.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing operations processes, lead management workflows, and campaign automation.</li><li>Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar.</li><li>Experience working within global marketing organisations.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li></ul> <h2>Expectations</h2> This is a hybrid role and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least two days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, though this may be subject to change.
