We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and serve as the local liaison with the HR department of the company's international group.Reporting directly to the Finance &amp; Human Resources Director, this role is highly operational in nature and offers a high degree of autonomy in managing core HR administration processes.The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees, management, external payroll and labor advisors, and the corporate HR team within an international and growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll &amp; Personnel Administration<ul><li>Review monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy of salary components, variable compensation, payroll adjustments, deductions, social security contributions, absences, vacations, and other payroll-related items.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the external payroll provider, ensuring all relevant information is submitted accurately and on time.</li><li>Prepare and review employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment-related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate employee registrations, terminations, and status changes with external labor advisors and relevant authorities.</li><li>Support and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Coordinate voluntary resignations, contract terminations, dismissals, severance payments, and settlement documentation in collaboration with external advisors and management.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records.</li><li>Monitor employee vacations, absences, and working time calendars.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Labor Compliance<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, employment contracts, benefits, labor regulations, leave entitlements, absences, sick leave, and other employment-related matters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and HR policies.</li><li>Manage and monitor employee leave processes, including sick leave, parental leave, unpaid leave, part-time arrangements, and other employment situations.</li><li>Coordinate with external labor and legal advisors on matters related to employment contracts, disciplinary actions, labor relations, and employment terminations.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Prepare HR reports and provide workforce-related information, including headcount, employee movements, labor costs, and HR metrics.</li><li>Support the Finance &amp; HR Director in improving and maintaining HR processes and procedures.</li><li>Assist with HR-related audits and compliance requirements as needed.</li></ul>International HR Coordination<ul><li>Serve as the local HR contact for the international corporate HR team.</li><li>Support the implementation of corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives at the local level.</li><li>Prepare and provide regular HR information and reports to the international group, including workforce data, employee movements, labor costs, and key HR indicators.</li><li>Participate in meetings and ongoing collaboration with international HR stakeholders.</li></ul>
