Required Qualifications·       Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.·       Minimum 8 years of related experience.·       Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and TEAMs.·       Experience supporting headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities.·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
