You will play a central role in driving this transformation and building a scalable financial foundation.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs Financial Controller, you own the core accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes across all 10 entities (with main focus on NL &amp;DE), working in close synergy with the CFO and guiding the broader finance team.<ul><li>Month-End Closing &amp; Consolidation: Lead and streamline the monthly and annual closing processes across all 10 international entities (NL, DE, US, CN, IN). Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and group consolidation.</li><li>Annual Audit Lead: Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and act as the main point of contact for external auditors.</li><li>ERP Implementation (Key User): Take ownership as the lead Key User in our ERP implementation. You will help design efficient, future-proof workflows, eliminate manual Excel sheets, and guide the organization through the transition.</li><li>Process Optimization &amp; Continuous Improvement: Proactively analyze financial workflows, simplify routines, and build scalable procedures that match our organizational growth.</li><li>Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital: Monitor liquidity, manage cash flow forecasting, and optimize working capital management across entities.</li><li>Team Guidance &amp; Mentorship: Work closely with our 3 Finance team members on daily operational activities, offering guidance, coaching, and structural support.</li><li>Strategic Partner to the CFO: Serve as the CFO’s trusted sparring partner for ad-hoc financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process design.</li></ul>Who You AreYou are a true “continuous improver”, someone who naturally spots inefficiencies and takes ownership to build smarter, automated solutions.<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial control, audit, or accounting within an international setting.</li><li>System &amp; Process Mindset: Strong affinity for financial systems and process design. Experience with ERP systems (and ideally active involvement in an ERP implementation) is a major advantage.</li><li>Coaching Skills: Highly collaborative with the ability to mentor and guide colleagues in their daily work.</li><li>Languages: Fluent in English is mandatory.
