P&amp;O Governance, Compliance &amp; International Projects<ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate standards and applicable labor and regulatory requirements across Mexico and U.S. operations, including Alaska.</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for sensitive employee relations matters, ethics and compliance topics, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Implement P&amp;O programs, audits, and governance standards consistently across geographies.</li><li>Lead international, companywide, and cross-country projects, including process harmonization, organizational programs, capability initiatives, and governance improvements.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedules, risks, stakeholder communications, reporting, and alignment across Corporate Areas.</li></ul>4.
