We encourage interested candidates to apply, learn more about what we are building, and stay connected as we develop our facility.</p><p>Phoenix Tailings is looking for a finance professional interested in a future Finance Manager opportunity at our Rochester Freedom Facility.</p><p>The Finance Manager will build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support planning, capital allocation, and operating decisions as Rochester develops. The work will connect capital expenditures, operating costs, production assumptions, and cash requirements to a clear view of financial performance.</p><p>This is an opportunity to support the development of a new industrial facility with disciplined financial analysis and practical insight for site and company leadership.</p><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain integrated financial models linking income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow to Rochester's construction and operating assumptions</li><li>Develop project finance models that evaluate capital expenditures, operating costs, production assumptions, and investment returns as the facility develops</li><li>Support site budgets and operating forecasts, track spending against plan, and explain material changes in costs or project assumptions</li><li>Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity analyses to inform the timing of site spending and funding requirements</li><li>Evaluate capital projects using discounted cash flow, net present value, and internal rate of return analyses, documenting the assumptions behind recommendations</li><li>Run sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the effects of changes in production, pricing, input costs, and financing structures</li><li>Analyze operating costs and financial performance and prepare clear reports for site and company leadership to support capital and operating decisions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field</li><li>Experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, project finance, or financial planning, preferably involving industrial operations or capital-intensive projects</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build integrated three-statement financial models and evaluate investments using discounted cash flow and return analyses</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing budgets, operating forecasts, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses</li><li>Ability to interpret production and cost assumptions, reconcile financial information, and identify the drivers of changes in forecast performance</li><li>Clear financial reporting and communication skills, with the judgment to explain assumptions, uncertainty, and investment tradeoffs to operating and company leaders</li></ul><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><div>This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary +<br>discretionary bonus for this role.
