Executive Assistant Lunar Energy is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. We’re a fast-growing, global company building the world’s best clean energy products to electrify all homes and connect communities to form clean, resilient virtual power plants.On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely…<ul><li>Manage three high-volume calendars (CEO, President, CFO), creating efficiency and balance across daily, weekly and monthly schedules</li><li>Prioritize competing requests and make scheduling decisions on behalf of the executives you support</li><li>Establish and maintain a consistent cadence for the executive team to meet and align on priorities</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel, including all associated logistics</li><li>Manage scheduling and follow-through for investor and board engagements, including board meeting logistics</li><li>Coordinate meetings with key customers and partners at both executive and working levels</li><li>Maintain records, documents and meeting materials so they are organized, current and available in advance</li><li>Draft and send routine correspondence, including follow-ups, on behalf of the executives</li><li>Review and approve expense reports, and prepare expense submissions for the executives you support</li><li>Plan team offsites, socials and events</li><li>Perform additional professional administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>5-7 years of experience supporting multiple C-level executives, ideally at a high-growth startup</li><li>1-2 years of experience working in engineering or manufacturing industry preferred</li><li>Excellent computer proficiency, particularly working with Google Suite </li><li>Strong organization and prioritization skills</li><li>Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality – exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy</li><li>Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve problems as they arise, without being tasked to do so</li></ul>Benefits:We’re dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience.
